Welcome to TagDrop™! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our price tracking and notification service, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using TagDrop, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our Service.

  • Multi-Platform Access: Web, mobile apps, and browser extensions
  • Notification Options: Email, push notifications, and SMS alerts
  • Data Export: Export your tracking data and price history

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to:

  • Perform maintenance or updates
  • Respond to technical issues or security concerns
  • Comply with legal requirements or requests

3. Account Registration

Creating Your Account

  • Accurate Information: Provide truthful and complete information
  • Secure Password: Use a strong, unique password for your account
  • Account Security: You're responsible for maintaining account security
  • One Account: One account per person; don't share accounts

Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Update your information if it changes
  • You're responsible for all activities under your account

Account Verification

We may require email verification and may request additional verification for:

  • Billing verification
  • Compliance with legal requirements
  • Preventing fraud and abuse

  • Advanced analytics

👑 Premium - $12.99/month

  • Unlimited items
  • Real-time price checks
  • All notification types
  • Premium support
  • API access
  • Kingdom impact donation matching

Billing Terms

  • Payment Processing: Securely processed by Stripe
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions billed on the same date each month
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Price Changes: We'll notify you 30 days before any price increases

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Service Until End: You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • No Partial Refunds: We don't provide prorated refunds for partial months
  • Refund Policy: 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We'll retry the payment up to 3 times
  • You'll receive email notifications about failed payments
  • Service may be suspended if payment isn't resolved within 7 days
  • Account will be downgraded to free tier after 14 days

Taxes

Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added to your subscription. We comply with local tax requirements including VAT, GST, and sales tax.

  • Software & Code: Our applications, algorithms, and systems
  • Content & Design: Website content, graphics, and user interface
  • Data Analysis: Our proprietary price analysis and prediction methods

Your Rights

  • Your Data: You own the data you provide and create
  • Export Rights: You can export your tracking data anytime
  • Account Content: Your settings, preferences, and custom configurations

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use TagDrop for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Access our mobile apps and website
  • Receive notifications and price tracking data
  • Use our API (if subscribed to Premium)

Respect Others' Rights

When using TagDrop:

  • Don't track content you don't have permission to monitor
  • Respect website terms of service and robots.txt files
  • Don't use our service to infringe on others' intellectual property

7. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Termination

Your Right to Terminate

  • Anytime: You can delete your account anytime
  • Data Export: Export your data before deletion
  • Subscription: Cancel paid subscriptions to avoid future charges
  • Effect: Access ends immediately upon account deletion

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our policies
  • Abusive or harmful behavior
  • Failed payments (after reasonable attempts to collect)
  • Legal requirements or court orders
  • Extended inactivity (2+ years with prior notice)

Effect of Termination

  • Your access to TagDrop ends immediately
  • We may delete your data after 30 days (with backup retention)
  • Outstanding charges remain due
  • These Terms survive termination where applicable

11. Ministry Partnership

Our Commitment

  • Profit Sharing: We contribute a portion of profits to support ministry
  • Transparency: We report on our charitable contributions annually

  • No Religious Requirement: You don't need to share our beliefs to use TagDrop

How Funds Are Used

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Timeline: We aim to respond to disputes within 5 business days
